The Paraty to Sao Paulo bus route takes approximately 6 hours, and departs 6 times a day from 08:30am until 23:40pm.

 

The bus company offering the Paraty to Sao Paulo direct route, have departures from Terminal Rodoviário Vereador Agílio Ramos (Paraty main bus terminal), which arrive to the Terminal Rodoviário Tietê (Sao Paulo's main bus terminall):
